We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Gadgetz Vault. If you are not happy for any reason, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have your order number or proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

  1. Email isidrocereno1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Items used, damaged, or modified after delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at isidrocereno1@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

Contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item and cover all return shipping costs.
